go home.. you're drunk.

quite possibly the best meme of all time.

http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/go-home-you-are-drunk

i probably say this to myself at least once a day whenever i see something out of the ordinary. a friend of mine once sent me an image of the moon out during the daytime which read, "go home moon, you're drunk." i got a good lol out of that and still do all the time whenever i see the moon outside when it should be home.

awesome video.

nostalgic.

songs to make you depressed.

Ugh.

so.

sad. -_-

Here's a drawing one of my kids at work made of me.

i blame baym for sounding like a crazy person.

so after reading baym's seven concepts, i found the idea of interpersonal connections to be an interesting concept.

but actually.

there used to be a time where if i were to fight someone, i'd have to get to their house to knock on their door and tell them they're a piece of sh*t to their face.

then we were rewarded with the telephone.

i am now able to phone them, tell them, have them hang up on me, and then drive to their house to say it again. (and tell them it's rude to hang up on people.)

several years later, i can now text them "i hate you. >:o", call them and tell them, send them an email, write it on facebook, pin voodoo dolls on pintrest, blog about it, make a video to send to them and youtube.... all while sitting in their driveway right before i knock on the door to tell them.

who knew i could stir up so much anger inside myself at 4 am.

a bit about me.

Oh hello there....

...yes...

...hello...

----

One time, I had made it to the semifinals of auditions to become America's Next Top Model.
With only twenty or so of us left, the judges asked us to come up with a sentence to describe ourselves.

Here's what I came up with.

"I guess I would describe myself as a quick-witted, American-Irish lass who will do almost anything for a beef and cheese taco."

Two years later, I like to think this sentence hasn't changed much.

If we want to get into the finer details.... the nitty gritty....get down with the cheese wiz...

I'm a senior over at Simmons College.

"Simmons College?" many people say.
--"The women's college in Boston."
"...ah... well that's.. um... nice? all women?? why??"

lolkthanks.

I originally came to Simmons to receive my MRS degree. Unfortunately for me, the pickin's are slim here and I actually had to pursue my education to get a real person's degree. A B(ad)A(ss) degree if you will.

I'm currently in the process of figuring out what one does with this funny degree I'll be holding in my hand in just a few months. "Integrated Media?" Many say. "Yes." I say. "Integrated Media."

In my free time, I've been knitting scarves lately. I made my mother one for Christmas; it made me realize I either A. need to make my scarves longer, or B my mother's neck has gained significant weight. I'll keep it safe and go with A. (love you, ma. your neck is beautiful)
Other than that, my life has been really exciting. I just made microwaved sausages and scrambled eggs (also in the microwave.) Feelin' pretty cool...

                                         *cough*

As for social media, I really only use a couple of sites. I've been trying to get off of Facebook these days. Reading about other people's issues. baby drama, baby daddy drama, self-esteem issues, etc. really brings me down. I've been surfing other sites now to get my boredom high. I've been reading reddit, postsecret, and other awesome websites (tigersonasurfboard.com, garfield minus garfield, etc.) to pass time.

I lost my L key and my N key. You never realize how lucky you were to have something until it's gone. Typing the word lonely is now a chore. I feel lonely without n and l
